By visiting, interacting with, or using our services—including registering for a warehouse suite number—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our services.

1. Access and Accounts

  • Account Creation: To use our parcel forwarding services, you must register for an account and maintain accurate, current information.

  • Suite Numbers: You will be assigned a unique suite number. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all online merchants ship your items to our US or UK warehouses with your correct suite number clearly displayed.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to anyone else.

2. Orders and Forwarding Workflow

  • Personal Use: You represent and warrant that your purchases and forwarded items are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

  • Right to Refuse: RDW Freight Express reserves the right to refuse, hold, or inspect any package or order for safety, compliance, or legal reasons.

3. Prices, Billing, and Quotes

  • Quote Model: Due to variable international shipping dimensions, weights, and customs regulations, we utilize a custom quote model for international delivery.

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and pay all posted service fees prior to final package dispatch.

4. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

  • Carrier Delays: All delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or events outside our control.

  • Import Duties: As the importer, you are solely responsible for all local customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by your destination country.

5. Prohibited Items

  • You agree not to ship hazardous materials, flammable goods, pressurized aerosols, illegal substances, or restricted weapons to our warehouses. Violation of this policy may result in confiscation, destruction, or surrender of the goods to law enforcement without compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDW Freight Express, its partners, and Shopify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or package loss arising from your use of the services or third-party couriers.
