Simply click "Get Your Free Address" on our homepage to create your account. You will be assigned a unique suite number and the addresses to our US and UK warehouses.

2. How should I write my shipping address when shopping online?

When checking out at any US or UK online store, always include your name and your unique suite number on the address line. Example:

  Suite [Your Suite Number]
  [Warehouse Street Address]
  [City, State, Zip]

3. What stores can I shop at?

You can shop at virtually any online retailer or marketplace in the United States.

4. How do I know when my packages arrive?

Once your items arrive at our warehouse and are logged under your suite number, you will be notified by our team.

5. Can you combine my packages to save on shipping?

Yes! We offer package consolidation so you can bundle items from multiple stores into a single shipment straight to your door.
