RDW Freight Express — Shipping & Warehouse Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Thank you for choosing RDW Freight Express for your US and UK parcel forwarding needs. This policy explains how we handle your packages once they arrive at our warehouses, how international shipping costs are calculated, and what to expect during transit and delivery.

1. Warehouse Processing & Inbound Packages

  • Suite Identification: Every package received at our US or UK warehouses must clearly display your unique suite number (e.g., Suite 101). Packages received without a valid suite number will experience processing delays while we verify ownership.

  • Processing Time: Once your packages arrive at our warehouse facility from online merchants, they are typically processed and updated in your customer portal within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Notifications: You will receive a notification or update in your portal as soon as your packages are logged into your account.

2. Shipping Methods, Quotes, and Delivery Times

  • All-Inclusive Prepaid Model: Because international shipping rates depend on package dimensions, chargeable weight, and destination, your forwarding quotes will be calculated and presented directly through your customer dashboard. All shipping costs, international freight charges, import duties, and applicable VAT are paid in full by you prior to dispatch.

  • Zero Post-Delivery Fees: Because all fees are collected upfront before your items leave our warehouse, your package is shipped fully prepaid. You will not be asked to pay any extra customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees upon delivery.

  • Transit Estimates: Delivery times provided are estimates, not guarantees. Once your consolidated shipment dispatches from our warehouse, delivery times may be affected by international carrier schedules, customs clearance, severe weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs & Package Consolidation

  • Calculation: Shipping charges and destination import fees are calculated based on your package's weight, dimensions, destination country, and selected carrier method.

  • Package Consolidation: If you have items arriving from multiple online retailers, you can request package consolidation through your portal to combine multiple items into a single box before your final quote is generated, helping reduce your total shipping costs.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your shipment leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the international courier, we will provide a tracking number and link (where supported by the carrier). Please allow time for carrier systems to update initial tracking scans.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are strictly responsible for providing accurate warehouse delivery addresses (including their correct suite number) when shopping at merchant sites, as well as providing accurate final doorstep delivery addresses in their RDW Freight Express profile. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed before dispatch.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If a shipment is lost, visibly damaged upon arrival, or severely delayed in transit, contact our support team immediately. We will open an investigation and assist you in filing claims with the respective shipping carrier.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • In-Transit Limitation: You may request changes or cancellations to your forwarding dispatch request before payment is finalized and the package leaves our warehouse facility. Once a shipment is actively in transit with an international carrier, we are unable to modify or intercept it. Refunds for cancelled forwarding requests will be processed promptly to the original payment method where applicable.
